Customer Service Specialist
Responsibility
1. Prepare quotation, sales order and contract;
2. Provide pre-sales, after-sales and application consultancy to customers;
3. Collect customers information and conduct telephone marketing;
4. Make monthly report;
5. Back up by Sales preparation and Administration.
Requirement
1、Above junior college, major in machinery or science and technology is a plus;
3、With experience on telephone marketing is advantage;
4、Above two years experience on Sales Coordinator;
5、Good skill in office software.
